When you are facing a battle, don't make the mistake and presume that you are dealing with the same issues that you have previously.
When the disciples asked why they couldn't heal the boy, Jesus said that this "kind" only comes out by prayer. The wisest thing you can do is get God's wisdom regarding what you are facing and His plan for dealing with it.
