We’re a big, joy-filled team made up of smaller Grow Teams—each focused on different areas, but united by one mission: to take God’s breakthrough love to our church and community in creative and practical ways.
We’re all wired differently (and we love that). Whether you're a people-person, behind-the-scenes organiser, creative thinker, or hands-on helper—there’s a spot for you.
All-In Nights – One Team, One Room
Every few months, all our Grow Teams come together for a fun, high-energy All-In Team Breakthrough Night.
We laugh (a lot), we connect, we grow in vision, and we cheer each other on. These nights are about more than just training—they’re about building culture, community, and momentum as we outwork the Breakthrough Code together.
Even if you're just a little curious about what it’s like to be part of a team, we’d love to have you join us at the next All-In Night—no pressure, no awkward sign-ups… just great people, lots of laughs, and yes—free food.
